Administrators
An administrator on Monday.com software is someone who has all the authority and
power to oversee the content. They can manage users, boards, security, and
billing matters. One or more team members enjoy administrative privileges so

Team
Members
All teammates, employees, department personnel are team
members on Monday.com software demo. They are the ones who run the organization and contribute to
projects. These members have access to all mainboards and can be invited to
join shareable as well as private boards. Team members can be categorized into
members and viewers and both of them have different permissions and access
privileges.

not own a company email and use a separate email client. Guests can only be
invited to shareable boards. They have all the privileges of a regular member
for the boards they are invited to on Monday.com software. They will not be able to view any of the
main and private boards to protect the privacy of the company. This helps teams
collaborate with external parties with ease. They can maintain the security of
any information stored on their main and private boards.
Board
Owners
The board owner is the user who has created a board or one
of the subscribers of the board listed as the co-owner by the creator. Board
ownership comes with separate privileges and it is an important feature when
setting restrictions. They can add rules and restrict editing for other members
